Magnificent and lovely location between green mountains in the valley of the river. Great facilities. - Beautifully maintained and huge rooms with a great view of the town. - Delightful food. - Helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Peaceful hotel, the stay was really nice, stunning location between green mountains in the valley of the river. My single room had central heating, multi-channel TV, and a study table. The view of the town was magnificent.

Very professional and efficient staff who were happy to help with any problems or needs. Excellent room with very comfortable beds. We asked to extend our three night stay by a further night and it was done without any problem. Also enquired about using wifi in the room and again this request was done quickly and immediately.
Breakfast was quite good, but the possibility of bread rolls could be considered.

Beautiful old mansion in a pleasant village. Spacious rooms, excellent location and incredible price. Kind and helpful staff. Good place to stay for visitin nearby Lucca and Pisa.

The staff were very nice and welcoming people with a courteous and friendly manner. the room was big size with a balcony. - the location was stunning and incredible for traveling around Bagni di Lucca, next to restaurants and attractions.

We liked the room with the balcony and the view over the garden, and the enviroments.
For the season (october) the room was too cold. There wasn't any heating.

We actually stayed at the sister Hotel Corona since the Regina was closed because of a fault with the heating system. We found the staff very friendly and helpful and always willing to provide service quick;y. The accomodation was clean and comfortable and warm. The buffet breakfast provided all that we needed and was available over an extended period. The staff did all they could to make our stay an enjoyable one.
Nothing as we considered it good value for the cost.

Price was excellant for the hotel which was a very good 3 star.
We were offered a different room on the park side which was quieter but we declined the extra 20euros...it really was not noisy - you can hear the runnign river but it's water not roads so it's not distracting

Exploring the local area.
We paid extra for a room overlooking the garden but the room was small and the furniture old fashioned. Our grandaughter had an adjoining room (standard tariff) but the room was even smaller, with the toilet jammed up against the shower.

Comfortable, roomy rooms here! They've got aircon and a balcony for some fresh air 🌬️. the town views from the room are lovely, adding to the charm.
